Up to 500,000 cows are feared to have died in flooding that swept through northern Queensland last week. There are about 1.5m cattle in the Gulf of Carpentaria, and some estimates are one in three died in the floodwaters. This aerial footage shows the wreckage of dead cattle at Julia Creek, in mid-north Queensland.
